Product description
BIO-PROTAN®NPK 6-0-3 is a fertilizer made of plant organic acids and hydrolised protein. The gentle production process combines enzymatic hydrolysis with evaporation and centrifugation of plant extracts helping to keep the natural characteristics of the basic organic raw materials and all essential and biological active amino acids in left-handed form (L-amino acids). Native nitrogen, organic potassium and betaine are right available for the plant and guarantee a high nutritional value without leaching losses.
We recommend the regular soil application of BIO-PROTAN®NPK 6-0-3 to favour microbial flora (Azotobacter/Pseudomonas) and improve the texture and structure of the soil. The product activates the natural microorganisms living in the soil supporting simultaneously the fine root growth, basis of crop nutrient uptake.
Use BIO-PROTAN®NPK 6-0-3 for fertigation and foliar spray to support the absorption of mineral fertilizers and nutrients naturally present in the soil. Amino acids are natural chelates and improve the resorption of trace metal fertilizers (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu).
BIO-PROTAN®NPK 6-0-3 natural viscosity recommends a leaf application as natural wetting enhancer and for a natural foliar protection. The product reduces water loss by transpiration during drought periods (film-forming effect). Furthermore the betaine acid content in the product is very helpful during water scarcity because of the function as organic osmolyte1.
Through leafs quick absorbance and transfer to the plant tissues, amino acids also act as bio-stimulants and support for plant recovery during climatic or biotic stress. The foliar application of exogenous (external) amino acids helps the plant to save precious energy otherwise used for the synthesis and translocation of endogenous amino acids.
BIO-PROTAN®NPK 6-0-3 is free from any chemical components that could be harmful to the soil and crops.

Dilute BIO-PROTAN® NPK 6-0-3 before using it on plants. For drip irrigation systems ask for special recommendations. In case of inexperienced handling, we recommend a preliminary test on small areas before extending the treatment to the entire culture. The dosages advised are purely indicative and may vary depending on crop, crop vegetative cycle, climatic conditions and average yields expected.
Handling and storage
BIO-PROTAN®NPK 6-0-3 is stable when stored under normal undiluted conditions. Intended for immediate use when diluted. Close package properly after use. Shake well before use.
